Specifications are evidence. Context makes them useful.

Our method for comparing a small selection of robotics models without turning manufacturer claims into test results.

What this site does

Robot Models Compared brings manufacturer-published information into category-specific, side-by-side tables. The launch collection contains six models in three categories. It is a selected reference set, not a complete catalogue, a latest-model list or a ranking.

We have not tested these robots. There are no measured cleaning results, battery trials, safety endorsements, user-review scores or invented star ratings on this site.

How a fact enters a table

  1. Identify the model and configuration. Keep revisions, variants and bundles separate.
  2. Read the manufacturer product page, technical manual or dated datasheet. Link the source beside the claim.
  3. Preserve the units, qualifiers and scope. Do not silently convert unlike measurements into a shared score.
  4. Record what remains unknown and the date the source was checked.

Why we do not name a universal winner

A lighter platform may carry less equipment. An extra axis can help with a research motion without making every production task faster. A classroom kit may suit assembly lessons while an enclosed robot suits other activities. A useful shortlist begins with the intended task.

Data dictionary

Published payload
The manufacturer's stated load. Payload definitions and configuration limits differ; the task may need allowances for tooling and accessories.
Runtime
A source-specific claim, with its stated conditions. Figures from different operating cycles are not a shared test.
Repeatability
Consistency when returning to a pose or position under the specified test conditions. It is not absolute accuracy.
Ingress rating
The rating explicitly stated by the source. “Not stated” does not mean the product has no protection, and a rating is not an assurance for every environment.
Wh / mAh
Watt-hours and milliamp-hours describe different quantities. A fair capacity comparison needs voltage and the exact battery configuration.
Unknown
Not established by the checked sources. It is never treated as zero, false or a negative review.
Checked date
The date the source was reviewed for this edition. It is not necessarily the publication date or proof of current stock.

Commercial links and ownership

Manufacturer links are ordinary links. No approved affiliate programme or tracking link has been verified for these sites; monetisation is pending. No commission, paid placement or affiliate eligibility is claimed.

This website is offered for acquisition. Separate branding does not imply separate independent ownership. No traffic, revenue or valuation claim is made.

Images and trademarks

The cinematic laboratory image is AI-generated concept artwork. It depicts imagined robots and does not show, validate or endorse the models in the comparison tables. Model photographs are separately credited beside each image. Their licences or publisher use policies remain attached; Spot and Go2 photographs retain their Creative Commons share-alike terms. Go2 imagery shows the platform and does not verify EDU internals. Product and company names identify their respective products; no affiliation is implied.

Source maintenance

Every launch fact was checked on 28 October 2026. Source changes, new revisions and corrected facts should trigger a reviewed update to the local content file and source register. There is no promise of automatic or continuous updating.
